SHIPPING RATES

PLEASE ALLOW 1 WEEK TO PROCESS &SHIP YOUR ORDER.

U.S ORDERS (2-4 DAYS SHIPPING)
All Orders are priced based on weight and dimensions. We try our best to give you the best rates possible and we are not profiting from overcharging shipping rates unlike some brands out there.

INTERNATIONAL (14-76 DAYS SHIPPING)
All International orders now include tracking numbers for ease of mind and security. This was not possible back then, but we finally partnered with a shipping carrier to provide more affordable rates for our international fans.

CANADA (2-7 DAYS SHIPPING)
Canadian orders are all subject to weight-based pricing. All prices are based on the cheapest available options in the market. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 8 business days, please contact dismalarray@gmail.com.

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE AUTHORIZED WHEN/IF ITEM DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY OR IS DAMAGED AND THIS TIME WILL BE FOR SIZE SWAPS ONLY. EXCHANGES WILL BE SENT OUT AFTER THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. EXCHANGES REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All orders are placed through the SSL secure third party payment provider SquareSpace.com along with their partners, Stripe and PayPal. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of shopping with our site. International Customs & Duties policy

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
